BYOB ‑ Build Your Own Bundles

Joshua with BYOB honestly provided some of the BEST customer support I’ve ever experienced. I was trying to set up some pretty advanced bundle settings on the app and was getting completely stuck on what I was doing wrong. Joshua was incredibly patient, explained everything clearly, went directly into my store to troubleshoot and investigate the issue, and gave me multiple options for how to approach it. What impressed me most is that he didn’t just “fix” the issue, he actually helped me create a BETTER setup than what I originally had in mind. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping store owners succeed and not just closing support tickets as fast as possible. He literally waited on my to watch a 6 min. long video and test everything we were doing! Because of the level of support alone, I’ll absolutely be staying after the free trial. Top notch customer service like is something you want to hold on to THANK U JOSHUA!!!

This app is easier to integrate and use than other bundling apps I've tried, and has more reasonable pricing tiers as well. The customer service is better than I ever imagined, and has made customizations easier than ever and feels truly tailored to my business.

I have Great Experience, I really like this app, using first time. Advisors are also very Supportive. But i must think that you should start live chat than emails because chat help soo much. Otherwise mail is also helpful, its just a suggestion. Thanks for your help and Guidance.

This App allows you to create really complex bundles really easily. I have used other bundles apps in the past and they weren't so easy or had so many options as this one, and I sold SOOOO much more with bundles I created with BYOB compared to other APPS. Love it!

This app really helped us grow the sale, and support is great. There is one gotcha, BYOB bundles do not work with FB market place.

This app is truly the best! I've looked high & low for an app that I can app into my Shopify store that you can add collections into the bundles & not just products. Now my customers have the chance to choose a summer bundle- Hat, Towel & Wetbag in any print/size with ease. I needed some support with adding the drop down for size on my hat products & the team sorted it for me within 24 hours. Jumping on to my Shopify store and sorting it out through the back end. This app is fantastic! Allowing customers to choose their bundle is a game changer. I was worried about it taking out of inventory, but it does!! That is a major plus for us. Also, upon setting up we had some questions/trouble and reached out and they timely replied and got on a call with us to fix the problems and help us through it. Very excited to use this app.
