Overall, this is an excellent app that has made it much easier for us to offer bundles and let customers create their own packs. The customer support team is fantastic. Every time we’ve reached out, they’ve responded quickly and resolved issues right away. Our only wish is for a few more features: the ability to set tiered discounts with multiple conditions, and more comprehensive tutorials or documentation to make setup even smoother. If those improvements are added, this would absolutely be a five-star app.

Regarding your request for tiered discounts with multiple conditions, this is unfortunately a technical conflict within Shopify’s current discounting system and not something that can be supported without breaking other core functions. While we cannot implement this feature, we are always looking for alternative ways to give merchants more flexibility in bundle pricing. Easy to use, not too flexible on theme customization but for basic designs and flexible bundle conditions it met my expectations.

First bundle app out of many that is working well for what we needed in custom bundles. I really need an app like this that also offers a subscription option before adding to cart. I keep trying to find compatible apps but no luck. Without that issue I'd give it 5 stars.
Thanks for your review! Actually, our app listing doesn't mention subscription feature at all. It's not a feature covered currently. As we contact subscription app developers, turns out many of them don't offer a way to integrate Given that Shopify has just released the subscription api in Jan 2021, and BYOB is primarily targeting at custom bundling but not subscription (released in late April 2021), I would say that it's NOT an issue but rather a missing feature. We'll stay tuned with the latest api changes and look for potential integration opportunities. Thanks for your opinion once again!
