Great app. Customer service is excellent, and very attentive. They pay attention to every detail and care for your interests. Also the functionality and features are probably more than you'd expect. You truly have flexibility on the implementation of this software!

Incredible app and even better customer service. Any app company who uses intercom live chat are companies who seriously care for their customer. These guys are always available 24/7 to help, just message them via the live chat. Simply Amazing!!. The app itself is genius. Works fantastically well. Nice and simple layout without confusing customers and very very effective for upselling related products. Highly recommended app for anyone looking to upsell. 10/10 app, 10/10 customer service and 10/10 price. My favourite on Shopify by far!

Great customer support and easy to understand analytics regarding our upsell and take rates. Highly recommend! We even had a site speed issue that the Candy Rack team was able to help us resolve by converting our theme code to a tag.

The upsells are easy to set up. First in Line was a great suggestion that is working well for us. Load time issues have been a problem, but tech support quickly made some changes that I hope will help.

The app is a no-brainer for those looking to maximize their AOV. Had a small issue in the beginning because i was using Gem Pages. I reached out to Candy Rack via live chat and got an answer almost immediately. Santiago was able to identify the issue and resolved it quickly. Santiago also went above and beyond after helping fix the issue which is unheard of.

Amazing cart upsells, Christian from the live support has been very helpful, even on Saturday at 1am he has helped with instant replies! recommended for increasing order average value.

2 minutes to reply once I clicked the chat icon. Within 10 minutes Christian had redesigned my popup to fit my branding. Where else can that happen and outside of their normal hours. I was close to choosing a competitor but something told me to go with CR. So far I a very impressed. Continue to keep up the good work!!
