We've had a great experience working with Carro. We have been able to easily add different products to sell alongside our own on our website, and their customer service is quick to help and respond with any questions or problems, as well as provide any additional ideas to help further our brand and get the most out of their product. Great job!

While Carro is new, the functionality it provides is unlike any other platform out right now. The team is constantly working on improving the user experience and is extremely good at taking criticism. In addition, the support team makes it extremely easy to set up a marketplace just the way you want it. Their lightning-quick response times and dedication to answering any questions make using Carro a no-brainer.

So far, so good with Carro! Very simple set-up and total control of how and where you show partner brands for cross-selling/up-selling. Made to 2 cross-sells in the first 24 hours of featuring one brand in our cross-sell app. This looks like a winner!

A great idea and easy to use app! We did have an issue with one order on our site not being transmitted to our partner, but we're working to get that sorted!

Great app to engage and find. An elevated view of customers' social profile. It a great social media tool as well for anyone with multiple accounts and trying to juggle multiple hats.

Carro has been a huge bonus to our business. By having the social influencer dashboard, it's saved us a ton of time combing through IG looking for users who are already connected to our brand. Now adding on the Brand Partnerships should just take it to the next level!

Very cool way to find new products as well as sell your own products across other great online stores. While still early in the process, onboarding has been relatively painless and the customer support (Thanks Eli) has been outstanding.

I first knew Carro from a business partner. I really like this App. Because it’s very easy to set up, and it has features of brand partnership as well as influencer partnership in one app together. There is a lot to appreciate with Carro platform, especially with the type and range of vendors and products. After working with more than a handful of sales channel platforms it seems that Carro is offering many brick and mortar boutique stores that were obviously hit by the pandemic in terms of their retail business, another way to market and push their designs out there. The service is great, and they are always there to help, which is really the most important for us.
There's so much to appreciate about this review, wow! Thanks so much for being a Carro user, we love having you.

I highly recommend CARRO and the reasons why are many. The customer service is impeccable, professional, and friendly. As a starting point, this has given me confidence to implement their many features that enhance my shop Sentient Beauty Vegan Cosmetics. My questions have been addressed with patience and through every medium available to include a personal call to clarify some questions that I had.
