There are scammers. I used them, and nothing was done, and they took my money. It is a Ukrainian company, so customer service is rude and money-focused. Hungry people, thieves, they have my money. Thieves and narcissistic scammers, they keep blaming me. thieves

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration. However, we’d like to clarify that the only recorded charge on your Shopify account was a one-time migration payment of $102.40 made and accepted on April 22, 2024 for Migration #353533. According to the app history, the app was later uninstalled in May 2024 and reinstalled again in May 2026 without any new charges. Additionally, there have been no recent migration requests or migration activities created under your account. We take accusations of scams or theft very seriously, and there is no unresolved billing activity associated with your account from 2026. Our support team has repeatedly attempted to assist and investigate the issue based on the information provided. If there is a specific transaction or unresolved migration problem, please contact us directly with the relevant details so we can review it properly.

I’m leaving a 1-star review. This app doesn’t work as advertised. The URL redirects don't work at all. I’ve contacted the developers multiple times, but they completely ignored me. Despite paying a high fee, I haven't received the service I paid for.

Hello Kymaya, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We understand your frustration and appreciate the time you took to describe the issues you encountered during your Shopify → PrestaShop test migration. We also note that the review was translated into French. For clarity, our support and engineering teams primarily operate in English, and reviewing the original version of the feedback often helps us analyze technical details more accurately. That said, the concerns you raised are clear and understandable regardless of language. Shopify to PrestaShop migrations can be technically complex, particularly when it comes to product-shop associations, URL routing, and order data mapping. Our service is designed to automate the core migration, but certain store configurations, PrestaShop versions, or third-party modules may require post-migration adjustments. Issues such as incorrect order associations or the need for manual SQL corrections are not the experience we aim to deliver. In such cases, our support team can review migration logs, validate mappings, and apply fixes where possible. Regarding paid options such as SEO URLs and redirects, their behavior can depend on the target store’s configuration and enabled modules. We regret that these features did not meet your expectations in this instance. We value constructive feedback and would welcome the opportunity to review your case in detail, including the original (non-translated) version if available, to better understand what went wrong and how we can improve. Kind regards, Cart2Cart Support Team
