I've used them twice now. The first time was 6+ years ago and I forgot why I should not use them. Both times with HUGE headaches! I will never use again. I migrated almost a month ago, I'm still missing orders as well as many URL redirects were broken, items and URLs had duplicates. I have many upset customers trying to buy off a registry what takes them to a 404 page. All you will ever get is: "I have put the highest priority to this task and ask techs to work on it first thing tomorrow", then you wait, then you will get an email asking for "examples" of the issues, which they already have, but because they are in Russia, it will take 24 hours for you to hear back, if at all, and then it will be with another question, to which they have the answer. Like I said, missing order and still NOTHING from them except . . . the highest priority etc. You never hear from them to even know what the status is. Use another company, or find a guru to do it for you. Save yourself the headache.

Poor. The estimate for the migration was 31 hours, we have just over 11,000 products and 10,800 customer files and it took 8 DAYS!!! We were given excuse after excuse for the delays like we were 'Trial' customers, which we were NOT, we were paid, blaming Shopify for limiting the API connections, which Shopify stated they don't, MULTIPLE TIMES but finally done. We also have many items incomplete that we are correcting. We did take the insurance for the re-migration but can't wait another 8 days, we are still working to reconstruct the ones with missing information which has pushed back our re-opening of the site by 3 weeks. They need to get their stuff together and give accurate time estimates. Also, their support sucks, if you email them they 'normally' respond in 24 or more hours. Buyer Beware!

Didn't swap variants over. Lost a lot of profits. Due to variants pricing. All options with variants basically had to redo over. Highly Suggest not doing if you have variants!

THIS APP WILL MESS UP YOUR DATABASE. DONT BUY. I REGRET LISTENING TO A DEVELOPER AND SHOPIFY. It's been a week that we are trying to sort the migration. They said the migration is done. When I looked at the data, the entries were wrong: the order totals were wrong, the amount spent by customers were wrong, the items sold were wrong, and many more. The turnaround is so slow. They also said that I needed to pay more if I wanted to keep the order number. This is a horrible app. A headache. I was hoping that this would help solve the migration. Now, I may have to unwind the whole migration. Terrible customer service turnaround. It's been almost a week and we are still not done with the migration. I am trying to get a refund. What a headache. Don' buy. IT WILL MESS UP YOUR DATABASE.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!!! Worst customer service I've ever had. They completely ignored what I said and did the exact opposite of what I wanted. Also they never reply in time and when they do reply, like I mentioned before, they just completely ignore your request and try to take your money in every way possible. This app has caused me so much trouble and they never even offer me a solution. Good luck getting your money back if the app doesn't do what you want. You really should read all the negative reviews before you even consider this app.

This app is useless. Be careful to use. First of all, it will erase all of your previous SEO work. And they never tell you that. Then, after migration, you still need to rewrite/reformat all the descriptions of each item because they are totally different formats from two platforms. Again, they never tell you this. Third, during/after migration, it will generate a lot of useless emails/pages. In a word, it's better to do the website again by yourself. It's very fast. This app cost me over $160, and useless.

Not for us. Seemed like it would work well to migrate standard attributes, but for payment - which takes place on their platform - they asked for a official photo id (passport / drivers license) and copy of a credit card -- not sure why this is so invasive, we passed on sending this information overseas.

I needed to import less than 40 products but was given an error that my host had blocked their IP address. They then said I would need a custom migration which which start at $299.,,

Completely ruined our non-migrated data. Most of our pages and collection were completely deleted despite indicating to not migrate them. Don't use.

oh my goodness. I called with a questions and the guy was so rude. He told me he only answered questions about pre-enrollment. That other questions needed to be handled with chat. Of course I had already tried that avenue and didn't recieve any communication for 25 minutes.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!

was not an easy task and was expensive. Many items were missing after the migration and the "tags" and "collections" were completely messed up. It took DAYS to edit the products to get everything right. And there were a bunch of add ons needed so it cost almost $400 and for that price it should have been pretty clean but it wasnt. Needs serious updating. Migrated from Big Commerce to Shopify. EDIT: SO after trying to update the migration, i tried to use the "insurance" to remigrate. AND IT DELETES ALL OF YOUR WORK!!! DO NOT BUY THE INSURANCE!!!! IT'S WORTHLESS

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! They did our migration halfway through then wouldn't proceed until we gave them a five star rating. They totally blackmailed us. The final results were not ideal. You're better off using piecemeal uploaders to upload all of your orders/customers/products. Use them at your own risk.

TERRIBLE! I needed to just remigrate the same files over i already paid for, they wanted me to pay again. After tirelessly telling them it is the same files they still wanted money. So i paid. They remigrated and i specifically chose "DO NOT DELETE DATA" and they deleted ALL data from my store, CMS pages, products, etc... What a terrible experience, hours and hours and hours of time lost.

Be very careful using this app! When migration from woocommerce to shopify they install your images wrong. They use the folder "Assets" instead of "Files" which will make you lose everything you ever did the moment you delete old themes. Its not the proper way to upload files (images) and it will destroy your entire site. We lost everything and had to hand upload each image (5k photos)

Crap service. Run away. Export your .csv files and do your own migration. I paid a lot of money, and they made a mistake in my service. Now they ask me to pay more to they fix for me. [RUN AWAYYYY OF Cart2cart services]

The first attempt at migration from 3dCart left us without product images and they imported abandoned carts as paid orders. I contacted support. It was days before they had a fix. Then they still had abandoned carts coming in as paid. Again I contacted them. It was over a week before they attempted again. We had almost 30,000 orders to import. The multiple attempts ended up creating duplicate orders. So now we have over 90,000 orders in the system, many of which are duplicate and triplicate orders. Each time they say they have to figure out what happened and try again. I expected for over $400 they could get this done. I was quoted a 10 hr migration. It has been over 3 weeks now and we still do not have a proper migration and we will have to hire another company. Oh, and not all customers ever imported and the ones that did, their passwords did not work. Many had to create new accounts. Luckily Shopify's system is smart enough to match customer accounts with orders based on the email address used. I do not recommend dealing with them. They clearly do not know what they are doing when it comes to a larger store with hundreds of item, thousands of customers and tens of thousands of orders.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience. People if you value your business, your website, your livelihood then stay FAR FAR away from these people. I paid $259 to transfer my store over from magento to shopify, $259 is alot but im FINE with that if it worked out. My biggest problem was when there app did not work well with magento even though they claim it does and all my "configurable" products did not transfer. When i emailed them i did not get responses for 3 days at a time and when i did get responses you can tell they didnt take more then 30 seconds to look into it (or maybe they didnt speak english), meanwhile my entire site was down. After over a week of trying to get them to fix it i had to hire a local web dev local to do it. I then emailed them thank you for trying but please refund me as i hired a local dev. They would not refund my $259 for nothing! they said they cannot refund me it is against there policy. STAY AWAY!, I SHOULD HAVE READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE GOING WITH THESE PETTY INTERNATIONAL CROOKS.

OMG ridiculously expensive! They want to charge more than $100 per hour and act like it'll take forever and they're manually migrating things.

Horrible experience. They destroyed my formatting during migration. 24 hour support is non-existent, every person tries to shift you to someone else who also won't help you. I had to file a Paypal claim to get my money back. Don't use this service, try somewhere else. They are a joke and I cannot believe Shopify is allowing them to operate.
