Love Cartloop, just installed it yesterday and the first customer I had who initiated checkout and didn't purchase was converted even though she was uninterested at first! Love how they have local numbers for all around the world! Highly recommended.

Great idea, good product and very, very good customer service. Any changes I want and the team at cartloop implement them and reply within seconds. Looking fwd to see how they improve the product long term. If the conversations with customers were embedded into Shopify as opposed to everything on the cartloop website, it'd be great to be able to keep updated on what's happening.

An absolute must-have app. We've been using a *regular* SMS app before and the results with Cartloop after the first few days: 37% more revenue compared to our previous abandoned cart flows. Plus we don't even have to deal with incoming text messages from customers anymore, as Cartloop does that for us. So far 10/10. Thank you team Cartloop!

After thinking about it for a while, I switched from liverecover. As many of my customers are from the UK my revenue from recovered carts actually doubled in the first week. Previously they were not targeted.. wish I switched earlier to Cartloop.

Cartloop has been nothing but amazing for us. I tried Postscript and Smsbump before, but these guys are the real deal. In one conversation they made a successful upsell, adding an $253 extra revenue, on top of the existing cart. 10/10 so far.

I've used alternative SMS marketing apps in the past such as SMS Bump and they haven't been anywhere near as good as Cartloop. I've had practically double the amount of sales I would have had through SMS Bump. The Dashboard is clear and it's easy to figure out what % of your daily sales came from Cartloop. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to get more sales without spending a ridiculous amount!

Out of all the SMS marketing apps in the app store, this one is the most amazing. The team is friendly and helpful, they treat our customers great and convert unexpectedly well. I love that you can reply to the customers directly from the app and treat every objection straight away.

Surprisingly better results than a regular SMS app. After testing most SMS app, we were blown away by this one. I literally installed it and in the next minutes got our first purchases. Everything is done for us and Cartloop team seems to be doing a great job with converting our customers.
