Great experience; they deserve more than Five Stars. I had a lot of products on Amazon and needed to import them in bulk. At first, I was hesitant and was performing deep research into a few that I had narrowed down. But after speaking to support (Phoenix), I realized this is the best deal available. Most of the Apps I was researching charges by the SKU. I have less than 500 products, but some of my products have over 250+ variations, so that was going to be a little more expensive. This App charges by the Product and not by the SKU, meaning I was only charged for 238 products to upload for under 40.00 and uploaded several thousand SKUs. I am also going to sign up for a monthly subscription because of this affordability. Then to top it all off, their support is great. As so many have highlighted in previous reviews, they are very supportive, professional, courteous, and understanding. I was able to upload most of my products in the single click as advertised, but about 20 had errors. Support jumped on it and figured out what the problem was and got it done for me. Phoenix was my support rep, and I highly recommend them. They were very patient with my non-technical experience and answered all my questions prior to purchase as well as after purchase and also helped me with my problem. Never had to wait more than a few seconds for responses using their chat feature. Thanks guys, I greatly appreciate all your support and understanding, and willingness to help me get this thing up and running.

I like the app. We are a bit different as we have as many as 8,000 individual products and are adding regularly. It is a good app, but somewhat challenging with our needs. Still troubleshooting the best way to us this app. We also have multiple countries on eBay and only want to import our US listings. This is also an issue for proper updating. Your staff has been incredibly helpful and patient working with us. I look forward to finding the perfect solution with this app and our needs.

I've been selling on ebay for 10 years, but decided to open do my own website, i needed an app that could sync my ebay & shopify stock and to bulk upload all my products from ebay to shopify saving me hours and not having to have separate stock. I had a few complications, as i used webinterpret on ebay, so it imported all my products and not just UK ones, how ever this was no problem, Multichannel Importer managed to separate UK listing to a separate list, then sent the UK list to shopify, Bulk loading my whole inventory from ebay to shopify. Then i had another issue as the template that i used on ebay caused issues with how the description looked on Shopify, But this was no problem for my Multichannel importer staff Deepti , she worked above and beyond to fix this and make the description look correct. The customer service here is amazing, if you are already an Ebayer thats just starting out on shopify this is a must to get your inventory straight onto shopify saving you hours of time for not much ££, absolutely excellent. Life saver. We run a huge ebay store and the importer allows us to easily integrate to Shopify. The support team is extremely helpful, Deepti has helped us so much. They are always fast to respond and fix my issues.
