This app is a must- have companion to my business. Channel.io’s automated chat bot system, I could finally sleep at night. That made things much easier for me as I could get some proper rest. Even if it’s an automated message, the experience is different from getting no response. Customers actually waited for a response from me without complaints. Because of the immediate responses some customers didn’t even know I was living overseas.

Amazing app, we have been using it since early this year and never had any issues. Joesph was assisting us very quickly and very helpful! Having all of our customer relations and marketing on one platform is a life saver.

Great CRM tool. Segmenting customers is very conveninet. Also, marketing recipes are very helpful with successful examples. Expecting more features integrating with Shopify.

This is my second time around using this app. The first time I initially installed this app I was quite overwhelmed and clueless and to how to navigate and integrate this app on my Shopify store. Most of the instructions weren't in English, there was no tutorial and I didn't have the time to go through and understand how it worked. I needed a customer service/chatbot that just worked. One the second time around I installed this app and immediately Robyn from Channel.io reach out to me and guide me in the setting up, and getting my team more acquainted with channel.io. Now I have to say I love and enjoy this product and I highly recommend this app. It is beyond awesome.

We understand that user guides are crucial for most businesses, and that is why we are working hard to make it as soon as possible. This app is such a life saver!!! We have tried many different live chat app, such as Zendesk and Facebook Messenger, but Channel.io beats all of them by far. - Here's the pros : 1. Beautiful and easy to use user interface 2. Free plan is available -> unlimited on site live chats 3. Desktop and mobile dashboard app available 4. If your target is Asian market, than it might be very useful because it allows connection with Line and Kakaotalk. 5. Through the paid plan, you can set up marketing pop up messages beautifully. It encourages more people to click on the message, and you can specify your target customers to show each messages to. 6. Interactive chat-bot. It's easy to set up different support-bot for customers most asked question. For example, we set up one regarding general FAQ, and another one specifically for product questions. The click rate for these are very high! 6. Super duper supportive and quick support!!! Thank you Bora ❤️ - Things to improve: 1. This app is based in Korea, so currently some of its material are still not quite well translated. However personally I don't think it hinders the use of the app at all. Though a more thorough English guide would certainly be great! 2. Would love to see Whatsapp and Facebook Messenger be added!

Honest thoughts after installing this app: - pros: suitable if you're targeting Asian (Korean and Japanese) markets, clean user interface. - cons: It makes you sign up - and seems to collect your customers and your shop's data - Installation process is longer than other apps - Relatively expensive pricing for the services provided - Not suitable for the American/western markets - Its reviews seem to be unreliable as they're mostly published on the same date - Not really different from already existing chatting apps

チャットツールを探していてこちらのアプリを知り利用しています。 必要な機能をオプションで選べて付け外しできる点や、スマホアプリもあるのでいつでもお客様対応ができるのがとても便利です。 また、ページごとにポップなどを細かく出し分けができて効果を感じてるので、もっと使いこなしたいです。 使ってて、まずはお問い合わせ数を増やして、そこから可能なことは自動化で対応したり、チャットで話して購入まで結んでもらうといった形になると思いました。お客さんとチャットしてお礼とか言われるとすごい気持ちいいです。
