とても重宝しています。 大きくは導入後すぐに簡単なお問い合わせがシナリオ形式で自動化出来たことがメリットとして挙げられます。その他にもインスタグラムやメールからの問い合わせ一元化も可能になりました。担当者への割り振りはもちろん、サイト内でのお客様へのお声かけや、一斉配信など細かな対応や施策にも応用出来ます。 他のアプリも検討しましたが、チャネルトークはUIがとても親しみやすく、お客様もスタッフも直感的に楽しんで使えるところが気に入っています。チャット形式なので絵文字なども自然と使いやすく、お客様との距離もより近くに感じられます。 ブランドイメージに合わせてデザインできるのも嬉しいポイントです。 よくあるお問い合わせが自動化出来た分、お客様の満足度も上がり、事細かな質問にも余裕を持って対応することができていますので売上にも直結しております。 日本でのサポートも充実しており、いつも丁寧に対応していただいているので大変助かっております。 今後のアップデートも楽しみです。

I really like this app it really helps me engage with my customers. The only thing that I would recommend for this ad is for us to be able to contact the customer without the customer having to contact us just in case they are getting stuck during check out. We ask them if they need any help for an example. When they are shopping, they use the chat bubble to ask questions what if we would like to ask our online viewers if they need any help.

Channel-io is amazing. I'm still learning more about this app but the marketer, Rebecca, helps and gives us a lot of tips. I really appreciate it! This app keeps trying to listen to customers' voices and reflect their needs to this app which is really great! I would like to thank this Channel Talk app for thinking about it together and considering creating a good effect. Highly recommend!

Still learning about this tool but so far Channal.io is pretty amazing! I've only been using this service for a while, but I'm seeing better results than I expected, and I think I can get even better results in the future. Especially the individual training was very helpful in the initial setting.

I was looking for a good live chat and so far I like what I see. It is easy to setup and the customer service is great. I didn't ask for help but they reached out to help me. I had only one issue where the plugin kept opening a new page for the chat on mobile but embedding that page inside my website solved that issue. I am so glad I found this chat app and I highly recommend it. I am looking forward to a great use with this and hopefully, I will continue to like the performance of the app.
