I really like this app it really helps me engage with my customers. The only thing that I would recommend for this ad is for us to be able to contact the customer without the customer having to contact us just in case they are getting stuck during check out. We ask them if they need any help for an example. When they are shopping, they use the chat bubble to ask questions what if we would like to ask our online viewers if they need any help.

Channel-io is amazing. I'm still learning more about this app but the marketer, Rebecca, helps and gives us a lot of tips. I really appreciate it! This app keeps trying to listen to customers' voices and reflect their needs to this app which is really great! Still learning about this tool but so far Channal.io is pretty amazing! I've only been using this service for a while, but I'm seeing better results than I expected, and I think I can get even better results in the future. Especially the individual training was very helpful in the initial setting.

This app is a must- have companion to my business. Channel.io’s automated chat bot system, I could finally sleep at night. That made things much easier for me as I could get some proper rest. Even if it’s an automated message, the experience is different from getting no response. Customers actually waited for a response from me without complaints. Because of the immediate responses some customers didn’t even know I was living overseas.

Great CRM tool. Segmenting customers is very conveninet. Also, marketing recipes are very helpful with successful examples. Expecting more features integrating with Shopify.

チャットツールを探していてこちらのアプリを知り利用しています。 必要な機能をオプションで選べて付け外しできる点や、スマホアプリもあるのでいつでもお客様対応ができるのがとても便利です。 また、ページごとにポップなどを細かく出し分けができて効果を感じてるので、もっと使いこなしたいです。 使ってて、まずはお問い合わせ数を増やして、そこから可能なことは自動化で対応したり、チャットで話して購入まで結んでもらうといった形になると思いました。お客さんとチャットしてお礼とか言われるとすごい気持ちいいです。
