Updated Review: I initially had a frustrating experience with the app, mainly because I couldn’t find a way to contact support. However, since then, they’ve added a support feature, and the team has been incredibly helpful in resolving the issue I faced. I have to say, they’re truly customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile to ensure users feel supported and satisfied with the app experience. For me, the most useful thing is that I don't have to stay in front of the computer waiting for customer inquiries. Since I started installing and testing in October last year, I have completely let AI handle my customer service. Besides English, I have clients who speak Arabic and French, and HeiChat can handle them very well. 5-star recommendation.

Since installing Heichat, my customer service work has changed. I now only spend 5 minutes a day monitoring the chatbot's conversations with customers, and each chat is meticulously tagged, allowing me to focus only on the parts that matter to me. Recently, their AI can also automatically analyze tickets, which is great.

This app is truly amazing! Not only is the quality of the responses from the start exceptionally high, but the customer service is next level. Dave are quick to reply and efficient at fixing issues or adding suggested features. Sincerely, it’s one of the best apps we've tried in the Shopify App Store and we’ve tested a lot!

This is one of the best real AI chatbots I have found. Multiple AI model options and a very simple approach to training the models on your products, your store, and even the ability to easily add other documents to build out the knowledge base. Want to also offer live help or even just escalations? They have that too. Their service is also top notch. Quick to respond and they can really help you work through any issues.

Customer service has been quick and resolved any issues that I have had. I havent had it long enough to see any pay off but right now I am running the free version and the features are amazing. Compares to apps that cost $50 a month! Would recommend to anyone who wants a ChatGPT4 bot on the site. Once you feed it the right info to inform it of your products it does an amazing job answering questions with logic even though you never specify the answer to that specific question. Love it!

This app is so far the best AI chat app I ever tried on Shopify. I think it resolved 70% of our customer inquiries. The manual input knowledge base helps to improve the other 30% for future inquiries. Highly recommended if you are running a small shop like me to save lots of time dealing with customers for similar Q&A.

I have tried other Chatbot app (also powered by ChatGPT 4) for some time. Was not very happy about the old chatbot app, so I decided to switch to HeiChat. Good thing about HeiChat is that they have 3-day free trial. Therefore, I can tried to play around. The setup is easy. I was also quite happy about the way HeiChat is presented in the website. I've just used this app for less than 2 weeks, but quite satisfied with the answers and tones the chatbot provided. Support Dave is very helpful too. I will continue to use this app, and recommend to anyone who is seeking for AI-powered bot.

I've been using the ChatGPT app for a while and wanted to share my experience. Unlike most auto-answer apps, ChatGPT actually learns about my shop's products, style, and industry, providing responses tailored to my business. This is especially helpful for international customers dealing with time differences. I even uploaded my blogs to train it, and it now answers customer questions by referencing my blog content—explaining how the products work directly from my materials. Overall, it's a fantastic tool to enhance sales and support when I'm not available!

We deal directly with the owner, who listens carefully to customer concerns. The only issue for now is that the app is currently only functional in our primary market – it’s not yet available in other markets (countries). We're hopeful this can be addressed by February/March 2025. For this reason, we're giving a provisional 4-star rating, which we’ll gladly adjust once the expansion is in place.

Really love the app it integrates smoothly with my site and the customization is beyond amazing. Hopefully my store will get the WhatsApp integration someday. Other than that it’s a really nice definitely recommend

Après une heure d'utilisation, cela semble plutôt bien. À mon avis, personnaliser le robot est très pratique. J'ai testé la fonction de suivi des colis, elle est très utile. Enfin, il peut même définir les horaires de présence en ligne, lorsque je ne suis pas en ligne, l'IA intervient, et lorsque je suis en ligne, j'observe l'IA répondre et j'interviens au moment opportun.
