I cant say how incredly good this app is! The bot is up to speed in seconds, the feedback fuctionality is soooo clever and it makes SUCH a great job as a customer helper! Love it!

I am amazed by this app. So well thought out and implemented. I have nothing bad to say about it. I tried them all out, and this one is by far the best for what I needed. I honestly feel safe having this chatbot be the potential first contact for my luxury clothing brand.

This is a great app, I like that there are options for different LLMs available for various amounts of tokens. Great customizations as well. I believe this is the only GPT -4-backed application for free.

Great App for shopify. Easy to install and work with. We can only highly recommend Heichat, it has really helped our customer service.

App was great to start with, but then it just forgot everything it learned and became abosolutely USELESS. Wrote customer service twice, NO ANSWER.. not great

I have been testing the GPT 3.5 ver of the app and it was decently good with pretty acuurate product description and standard replies. I decided to upgrade to GPT 4 ver and I was absolutely delighted by the maturity and professionalism of the language and the accuracy of product recommendation, order tracking etc. This is a wonderful app and can take off massive burdens of customer support especially with repetetive FAQs. The developer was very helpful and responsive This is a must have app for any shopify store

I was shocked to see how well this app performs with such scant information. The setup was straightforward although they'd be wise to apply the selected color to various chat icon styles like Helpscout, etc. All in all it's a great tool to move away from the old FAQ/ help center model.

I tried out a few ChatGPT apps, and this is the best app for custom knowledge base needs! Allothers can't really handle the knowledge base and are always giving the wrong answers, but HeiChat is spot on all the Q&A. Their customer service is also reliable and responds quickly, worth subscribing to HeiChat!

I was drowning in customer messages, most just quick questions. I needed to automate responses to regain my time and sanity. This app delivered.A customer recently asked about shipping rates, the bot provided details immediately. "Thanks, that's all I needed!" they replied. Before, that exchange would've taken 15 minutes of back-and-forth. Now the AI handles all such brief queries - over 100 daily. No more wasted hours on unimportant messages.

My friend told me about this app. So I decided to give it a try. I was quite impressed with its ability to automatically learn my store policies and recommend products .However,this app only supported learning and recommending from 500 products within my store, while my store carries a whopping 10,000 items, I reached out to the developer via email to inquire if there was a way to increase the number of products supported. To my surprise, they were very responsive and accommodating. Without increasing the price, they updated the app to support recommending all 10,000 items in my store!

this app is a must-have app for any Shopify store owner. Since installing it, I have seen a significant reduction in customer inquiries, as the bot is able to quickly and accurately answer any questions. It has been a real time-saver and has allowed me to focus on other areas of my business.

Unfortunately, could not get passed setup. Program could never finish loading its Basic Setup Menu and Membership Menu for setting up. Also the few changes that I was able to make with the other menus that it has, they did not save my modifications. They need to debug their setup program. Also it would be good to see how the chatbot works before installing to your main theme.
