Our team consistently has a great experience using this app. Whenever we run into an issue or have a question, the live agents are quick to respond and extremely helpful. Hana in particular is always awesome and goes above and beyond to assist us.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Hana – sie ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, geduldig und erklärt alles verständlich, auch bei technischen Fragen. Als Solo-Shop-Betreiberin ist es für mich extrem wichtig, schnellen und kompetenten Support zu haben – und genau das bekommt man hier. Hi, I am still at Trial period testing the integration and whatsapp AI fucntions. So far I had a lot of interactions with support and they answer super fast and are very helpful. Specially Hana has been a great help. So far I like the app, still in testing mode. Setup has been a bit of a challenge.
