I really like the app, especially their support team. Jade assisted me, and she was incredibly fast with her responses, as well as being super engaging and helpful.

My philosophy has always been that customer service is ALWAYS part of the product. Things happen and how they're handled means a smooth solution and trust or gnashing of teeth and uncertainty. I chose Chatty for its comprehensive offering with FAQ and a bot 'learning' from FAQ's, product data and custom information. How cool is that? And I love the idea of being live when available and the Chat bot to be available other times to provide functional responses that we can follow up on. I have also been with AVADA on our main site for over ten years and know their customer service is second to none. This proved true once again when I couldn't complete the Chatty setup for some reason. Help was available immediately. First with Sonny and then when he went off shift, Audrey came on and was super helpful and got me up and running in minutes. I love the fact that I could match Chatty to my brand colours and it looks terrific. I'm still working on completing my FAQs and, as Audrey explained I can import them all at once. Audrey provided comprehensive screenshots and, when needed, went on the site as collaborator to fix the internal glitch. Well designed apps like this with superlative customer service like AVADA give entrepreneurs like me a brilliant leg up in our own customer experience. That's what success is all about. Right? If I could give 100 stars, I would. These developers are absolutely amazing—and the service is ridiculously on point. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever received better support from any app developer, ever. It’s so good, I almost don’t want to write this review because it might give my competitors an edge. This app is going to save my company a ton of time while answering customer questions up front, 24/7. We’re already pouring more leads into the site now that Chatty AI is up and running—and dialed in. It's that good. The setup is straightforward if you know your way around GPT-style prompts, and what you can do with this is unbelievable. The AI agents are incredibly smart, the customization is next-level, and again—the service from the team behind it is just top-tier. If you're on the fence: don’t be. Just buy it. Game-changer.

Super friendly and easy to use! Chatty makes it so convenient to manage messages across multiple channels in one place. The integrations are smooth, and the support team especially Hana is always so helpful and responsive!

I really like Chatty AI—it’s simple to use and fits perfectly with my store’s needs. Big shoutout to Jasmine for helping me figure out where to change the AI name and avatar shown in customer chats. She was super helpful and made the process smooth and easy. Great support and a great tool overall!

Super App, komplett anpassbar, umfangreiche Funktionen. Wenn mal etwas nicht gleich klappt, einfach den Support kontaktieren, der ist jederzeit erreichbar. Alle Supportmitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte das Vergnügen mit Sonny, er hat mir sofort geholfen und mein Problem gelöst. Ich kann die App nur empfehlen.

What a Best app to use. All the set up was smooth. Great support. Especially by Jade and Henna. They helped me through the navigation easily. Jade and Henna were all the more supportive. I loved this app.

Chatty makes it really easy to organise my FAQs and show them to customers in a clean, simple way. What I love most is that it supports all kinds of communication, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email so no matter how customers prefer to reach out, I can offer it. Support has also been great. Every time I’ve had an issue, the customer service team fixed it fast. That’s a big bonus. Overall, it’s a solid app that just works, makes life easier on both sides.

Great service so far, and a very positive experience. Audrey was very helpful in my first service chat. Pleased with early results. AI only works with chat - hoping that feature can be expanded to FB and IG messenger as well as emails.
