Great service so far, and a very positive experience. Audrey was very helpful in my first service chat. Pleased with early results. AI only works with chat - hoping that feature can be expanded to FB and IG messenger as well as emails.

this app is insane, works very smoothly for my customer service and also getting help whenever i need any help, big shot out to Hana one of the customer support that helps me alot

Quick way to generate FAQ’s clustered by subject and with dropdown answers. Other tools I have not used yet but probably work just as easy. Excellent support as well. Language can be set to Dutch, there is a free version available but You might need a payed version when scaling up
