I'm just getting started with this app, but the customer support is great. (Thanks Hana!) It seems to do everything as promised. It intergrates perfectly with Klaviyo and grabs all the info your customers need whether manually or from the website. Best chat bot around.

I signed up for Chatty sometime ago, but just decided to go in and set everything up today. Even though it was Saturday, support was amazing. Jasmine was assisting and helped me set some things up. She was quick to respond to my questions and solved all the issues I had. All-in-all, a great experience.

Customer service is amazing. I was skeptical because most of the reviews were so good, but it's true, this is by far one of the best chat bot/messaging apps on this platform

We have used Chatty for approximately six months and couldn't be happier with the app's response rate, customizability, and AI chatbot functionality. Chatty's roadmap of improvements brings frequent updates with new features being launched weekly. Hana on their helpdesk was even able to help us optimise one of the recent feature launches, providing a tailored and friendly service. I would highly recommend this service for small to medium e-commerce stores looking to streamline their customer service department.
