I seriously cannot say enough good things about the Chatty app on Shopify! The customer service alone is NEXT LEVEL. From the moment I started using it, the team has been incredibly responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful. We had a specific requirement where our AI assistant wasn’t allowed to show or mention any pricing information. Jade handled this perfectly by implementing a custom CSS solution to hide all prices visually, and by configuring the AI behavior so it avoids discussing prices altogether. She explained everything in a clear and straightforward way, and her friendly approach made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommended!
