The customer support team was incredibly responsive and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.
We run a multi-market Shopify Plus store selling across all European countries, and Chatty has quickly become one of the most valuable tools in our stack. The AI agent handles the bulk of routine questions accurately, the unified inbox keeps everything in one place, and the multi-language support means our customers get answered properly in their own language. But what has truly blown us away is the support team. They're fast — often replying within minutes, at almost any hour — genuinely knowledgeable, and endlessly patient. They don't just point us at help articles; they go into the settings and configure things for us exactly the way we need, working through complex multi-domain and translation issues with us, and even set up SKU-based and metafield-based training for our catalogue before we'd paid them a penny. Special mention has to go to Hazel and Andy, who always go well above and beyond — following up overnight, chasing fixes with their dev team, and keeping us updated at every step. But the whole team deserves credit: thank you also to Phoebe, Nolan and Linda, every one of them professional, warm and genuinely helpful - and Ivy does a great job too! If you're weighing up chatbot apps for a Shopify store — especially a multi-market multi-lingual one — Chatty is a brilliant choice, and the human team behind it is the reason we're staying. Highly recommended.
