Beautiful experience—the app works perfectly, and it’s free Before, I was paying $39 per month for Tidio for the same functionality.

Ich bin meist sehr spät online , wo ich mich um Einrichtungen kümmere. Egal wie spät es war, Hazel hat mir super geholfen, schnell zu verstehen und zuverlässig das die Umsetzung klappte. VIELEN DANK!

Customer support Hana responded very quickly. It is really 24/7 support not like other support that usually does not reply very quickly. Get my problems resovled, very happy with the service. Hana provided great customer service.

“I had a very positive experience with the Chatty application. I received extremely helpful support and truly attentive care throughout the whole process. Every question I had was answered patiently and clearly, and I never felt rushed or ignored. Abby was especially kind and supportive, and it’s clear she genuinely cares. I’m confident that everyone receives the same 100% helpful and thoughtful assistance. I highly recommend it.

Wow, I was talking to Hana today and can I just say how helpful she was. I wasn't rushed and she took the time to explain everything to me and share links for my future use. Just based on my experience alone with Hana I would recommend chatty 100%. Thank you for all the help Hana, and hoping ill get you next time if I ever need support.

I relied upon help from Hazel today for setting up chat etc. It was refreshing to have a real live help that was patient, clearly very competent and, well, helpful. Saved me so much time and stress. Trust me, I do suspect that some apps help make it a sport to confuse and stress :). So, thanks for super service and I look forward to going to the next stage of your app.

Genuinely a very good app for small business. I am a 1 man operation and it is very difficult to handle all the inquires and messages I get. Chatty AI bot has helped me streamline and answer quick questions very easily. Hope this helps out fellow small business owners! Their support team are also incredibly helpful and kind!

So far so good. Hana was extremely friendly and helpful in setting up the basic framework for us as per what we required. There were a few issues that I had on my end and she was quick to resolve them. Great support throught the process.
