I just installed this app to see if it fits our requirements. Ran into a small issue concerning a language setting and Audrey helped me quick and perfectly with this. From what I can tell so far, the controls look simple and first impression of the support was excellent.

Chatty is a nice app. It helps me a lot. And the service representative, Audrey responds so quick whenever I have some questions. Like!

The settings of the application are very detailed. I encountered a problem when downloading the mobile app, but Audrey patiently guided me to successfully solve the problem.

The Chatty support team is incredibly responsive and helpful! (shout-out Jasmine, Raymond, Abby, and Alicia for always providing thorough, helpful answers and handling our questions with care). It takes a lot of tweaking, but once you build a thorough FAQ section and question database, the AI chatbot is very knowledgeable and helpful for our customers. The more data we input, the better it gets. It's been a game changer for our customers and has helped reduce the amount of CS tickets we receive.

Sonny was great when handling my issues since I'm new to the app. Im currently on the free trial, but I will continue to keep this app due to the great customer service and amazing chatbot. Thanks!
