What can I say, this is an awesome Chat app. We've been using it for about a month now. It has everything you could possibly need along with a very intuitive AI assistant. The support if you have a problem is amazing, Hana, helped resolve a few niggles I was having in a very quick and friendly manner. Worthy of 5 stars.

Worked with Jasmine and Anivia to remove the message bubble that was displaying 2 unread messages by default. Apparently, this is used to attract attention to the customers but I believe it would cause confusion so I reached out with my request to have it removed and within seconds it was rectified. Thank you Jasmine and Anivia!

Hana and Raymond have been helping me throughout the integration process for my website. They are so polite and so helpful teaching me what was wrong and resolving all of my issues. I am so happy that I decided to use Chatty versus the other apps. It's convenient, affordable, and has really helpful customer support. TYSM!
