Very useful application

The Chatty App does not have the most features out of all of the live chat apps, but it does have everything required in a live chat application. What it does do exceptionally well is work like it is should. Their customer service Hana is very patient and friendly, thank you very much

I’ve been using Chatty: Live chat Helpdesk FAQ for a while now, and it’s been great. The apps are easy to use, and I love how customisable everything is. The designs look really good too. Jade is also fantastic. They were quick to help me when I had an issue and made sure everything was sorted out. It’s been a smooth experience overall. Overall, I’m really happy with both Chatty: Live chat Helpdesk FAQ and Jade. They make things simple and easy.

For the free version of the app, I have to admit that it's great so far in the building and testing phase. I have to still put it to practice in the real world, but so far it's been offering everything that you can ask for from a chatbot. Also, easy to use. Thank you to Audrey and Maison for their quick response in addressing some issues I had with web browser notifications and the initial task list.

What it does do exceptionally well is work like it is should. It works without slowing your website down, and without causing any issues. If you do have any issues with it. Their live chat support is great and it seems like they are always available when I need them, which is rare with me being in the U.S.
