I recently installed this app for my Shopify store, and I have to say, it’s been a game-changer. The features are exactly what I needed to allow customers to easily get in contact with us quickly via the online chat function. The interface is user-friendly, and it integrates seamlessly with my store. But what truly stood out was the customer support. I had a query about a specific feature, and Sonny was incredibly helpful. Not only did he respond quickly, but he also went above and beyond to ensure I understood how to make the most of the app’s capabilities. Took me 10 min to set it up easy peasy, tried it, and decided to upgrade to paid plan immediately because 1. it's very user and admin friendly; 2. the functions are very helpful for me to stay in touch with potential customers; 3. great customer service from Audrey and Toby.
