Amazing support from Sonny at Chatty! He really listened to what I needed and personalized my FAQ page perfectly. Super patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Thanks to him, everything looks and works great. Highly recommend!

The Chatty App does not have the most features out of all of the live chat apps, but it does have everything required in a live chat application. What it does do exceptionally well is work like it is should. It works without slowing your website down, and without causing any issues. If you do have any issues with it. Their live chat support is great and it seems like they are always available when I need them, which is rare with me being in the U.S.

Using just for one day, but it feels really good. nice design, easy to use with clients, can automatically see if client have added some items to cart and also recent order numbers and so on. Had some questions to support team and I got great support from Damian, nice work, keep going :).

Chatty is a must-have for any store! The app is incredibly user-friendly and packed with features that make managing customer inquiries a breeze. “Exceptional Support and Guidance!” I had the pleasure of working with Audrey, who went above and beyond to assist me with setting up my live chat box. She patiently walked me through the process, ensuring everything was tailored to my needs so I can effectively connect with my customers. On top of that, she provided me access to beautifully designed icons that I could use for my FAQ categories, which really enhanced the look and feel of my website. I have concerns with the features of the live chat, so I ask for help through chat. Audrey, one of their member shows up to help me. I ask her to do some testing on my behalf on her end to make sure everything working on the customer side. She do it straight away, and answered all my questions. So far, I am happy with using this app :), their team especially Audrey is always ready to help. Good Job!
