Highly recommended! I have used several similar apps and this is the best of them all without a doubt. It is very intuitive, you can customize and translate everything. The customer service is excellent, Sonny and Doris have helped me a lot and have always answered my questions super fast.

Really easy to set up compared to some other solutions. I had some minor question and Tiana in support was really helpful. Really considering to install the same app to my other site as well.

It's very useful tool for my online shop. I used the default inbox in the past, but I found Chatty is more helpful. The FAQs function and Email integration saved time and made us more efficient, I'm recommend it, and you can't imagine it's all free. Thanks a lot, Chatty team.
