Chatty is a highly customisable Chat app you can install on your Shopify store. The customer service is absolutely amazing, they help you with everything until it's right and even help with customisations for the chat app design if you ask the customer service nicely. They're polite and always looking to make the customer experience better. I've loved using their app so far and this app is better than the majority of the paid apps in the Shopify App Store. Excellent app, it's beautiful design, easy for customers to use and the FAQ page and contact buttons that integrate into it are really helpful. I want to personally thank Rosie(customer service), Audrey (customer service), and Nikita (technician) for all their help over the past months.5 stars! ***** Highly recommended

I installed Chatty, after being disappointed by other chat bots, that over-promised but under-delivered! Chatty is very intuitive, especially if you are exhausted with balancing high complexity apps and code. It's perfect for beginners! The interface is sleek, easy, and easy to navigate. Just had a quick question and chat with customer support and the support is absolutely amazing! Alyssa helped me so much in my set up phase, so thank you so much! She deserves a raise! Hands down! I am super pleased with the whole package! What you see is truly what you get! Edit: after talking to more customer service people and having a minor issue resolved super fast, it is my opinion that ALL the customer service people and devs DESERVE A RAISE! Avada girl, you need to protect your team at all cost! And thank you for supporting young businesses by offering this high quality app for free! I will definitely use more Avada apps in the future! I am raving like I am on Love Parade, but I am truly appreciative of what customer service, the devs and Avada do to help out young businesses!

Precisei de suporte para configuração o APP e fazer o FAQ aparecer na página correta. Fui atendido pela "Hana", uma pessoa muito atenciosa e com muita pratica. Estou muito satisfeito com o suporte e a facilidade do APP.

It's a great app with lots of features. I love how simple and clean the interface is. So much love for this! The support team is great too. I want to thank Damian and Doris for helping me with some issues and getting them fixed very quickly. I'm so excited to use Chatty on our website, allowing customers to message us easily. Chatty has been a fantastic addition to my store. It’s super easy to use, and the functionality is exactly what I was looking for to improve customer engagement and customer service concerns.
