The app is great, I had a small issue which I couldn’t solve it by myself and Linda from chat support did it for me in a professional way and very fast. She was able to fix the issue straight away. I highly recommend the app

I work around midnight, their support team is always there when I need them. When the chatbot couldn't fully resolve my issue, it seamlessly transferred me to a real person. I was connected with Nana, who was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient, gave me clear, step-by-step instructions, and made sure I got the exact right answer. It’s rare to find such high-quality, patient live support in the middle of the night.
