The Avada Chat app is fantastic! Customer representative Mia was incredibly helpful. She patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions. Mia’s professionalism and warm approach made us feel valued. The app is user-friendly and highly functional. Having someone like Mia on the team makes this app even more special. Highly recommend!

I've been using the app for about a year now and it is pretty straightforward to use. There are plenty of customizable options to get it to your aesthetic. Any time I have had an issue, support has been very quick to assist and get it working again. Thank you Hana!

I needed help with fixing some of the settings on my live chat. Hana was able to get it fixed right away and provided great customer service. She was even able to fix a different issue I didn't even know about. Great customer service from Hana!
