We love this app. It has all the features other (paid) apps have and much more. Their customer service is great. They are there for you 24/7 and can help with anything you ask! Lydia helped us setting up and guiding us through all the questions we had. Thanks for making such a great app and all the support!

Fantastic app and cannot believe this is free! The FAQs are easy to build and and look great on the site. The chat widget is exceptional and has a mobile app so you can instantly reply to your customers, show them products, offer them promotions etc. The support team are also great and shoutout to Damian, Kevin and Judy who work tirelessly 24/7 with instant live support!
