Perfect app for quick chat. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who's looking for a helpdesk, live chat and FAQ in a chat box for your website. I was facing a few technical issues from my end but Mia from the support team was very polite and helpful.
Firstly the app is great and so easy to use. I'm just setting up a new store and had a couple of really small appearance related queries. I was connected to Hana through their support team and she was awesome. Did everything I needed in double quick time. Great product, great support!
Hana has provided excellent support whenever we have questions or issues with the app. Solutions are always provided promptly and Hana is also very patient. This app has really helped our own customers when they were confused when shopping on our website.
Setting up is a breeze with Emily and Tony. Switching over to Chatty and hoping this chat app works for us!

I installed it because I liked the fact that I could choose whether or not to display the chat, and that I could also choose to display only the FAQs. The support was fast and helpful when I had problems. (Thanks Judy, Emily, and Kevin!). I can see the progress of features under development and look forward to the future. Although not included in the list, I would like to see a feature added that would allow us to analyze access to FAQs so we can see what our customers are having trouble with.

I was having trouble getting my FAQ's page to display on my website. I used the chat function and Prakash was extremely friendly and helpful. Within no time my issue was sorted and everything is working perfectly now. This was my first experience contacting customer support and it was a great experience. Definitely a 5-star rating for Prakash and the support team.
