Chatty AI Chatbot & Live Chat

Very nice. Thank you very much kevin

I recently started using this app and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The user interface is intuitive and the features are exactly what I needed for my online store. I had a few questions initially, but Nolan from the support team was incredibly helpful and resolved all my queries promptly. His assistance made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for reliable and efficient support.

Good service. The reps were very helpful and responded to my questions promptly.

Firstly, Tracy was awesome. They were patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had several requests for assistance using the chatbot. It was customer service at its finest. This is one the best apps I've tested, free or otherwise. The FAQs page and widget are top-notch. I have not tested the AI features.

Audrey was awesome! Got me up and running and understanding how the Live Chat works. And just navigating the app in general. Loving the app so far. Seems pretty straight forward. Thanks so much!

Nolan and Williams were first class help. Helped me in 3 minutes with an issue, so polite and reassuring :-)

Great support. Thanks for the help(Nolan and Maison)!

Great app, very happy with it. And a massive thank you to Emily! Super attentive and useful, thanks sooo much!! :)

Hana and Toby are the best! Fixed my tracking issue :)

Good customer service even at odd hours. Hana was especially helpful.

The customer service is very patient and the plugin is completely free. I will recommend it to all my friends.

Very useful. And assistance from Hana is very helpful.

Good, helpful and friendly support with Hana :-)

I'm only using this app for one day, but i can already say that it works as it should be. Also the support is great. Tiana was a great help.

Really good app with great support. Can't wait to publish my new website with it. Thank you, Hana and thank you, Judy, for your kind support. Big thanks to Nikiata, too!

Just installed this app, and the live chat with Kevin was very helpful he answered my questions right away even at midnight my time he was quick and helpful. I love the easy set up of the app and the ability to customize it to my shop. Love that customers can easily track their orders without having to reach out.

Very good auxiliary tool, I hope the real-time chat function can be more powerful. In addition, the service is very patient, thank you very much.
