Really good app with everything you need. Specially for being free, exceeds expectations. Also customer support is really good - special mention to Hana, who's been super helpful and resourceful with a few issues I had.

Great app, has all you need for an intuitive FAQ page, and capabilities for real time support. Customer support, Jade, is very quick and helpful.

it looks like a very good app .. I am still testing it, but they have a very good customer service team.. I got some help from Tiana and she was very nice and helpful ... so far, I recommend the app.

de app werkt erg goed! Mijn veel gestelde vragen pagina is hierdoor echt geoptimaliseerd. Ook toen ik ergens niet uit kwam hebben ze mij erg goed geholpen en lukte het zo! Zeker aan te raden voor je veel gestelde vragen pagina!

Amazing Support and Great App! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently installed the Chatty Livechat & Helpdesk app on my Shopify store, and I was thoroughly impressed by the app's functionality and design.
