I’ve just begun using this app, and I’m thrilled with how it’s going so far. The interface is user-friendly, and the features are perfectly suited for managing my online store. At first, I had a few questions, but Prakash from the support team was fantastic. He answered all my questions quickly and efficiently, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free.

Very clean app and does actually what it's supposed to do. Customer service is also very responsive and helpful. Their employees Lydia and Andrew even help you with custom edits like where you want the chatbox icon to display. Highly recommended!

My experience with Chatty: Livechat Helpdesk, FAQ was excellent. The company is very friendly and helpful. If something goes wrong, they fix it right away with no hassle. A special thanks to Hana for the great support and quick service!
