The support team ( especially Audrey and Doris) is beneficial and always ready to assist with any issues. With fast response times and seamless website integration, it's a must-have tool for businesses aiming to improve customer service.

I was assisted quickly and very promptly, the technicians managed to solve a system bug within a day, Emily was the assistant who acted as an intermediary between me and the Chatty technicians and she was very kind and helpful, magnificent!

Fantastic app and super easy to install and set up. I had one question but Hana replied instantly and sorted it immediately for me. Highly recommend for anyone looking at live chat and helpdesk options.
