The fastest response to my question I've ever seen and Hana has been amazing with helping me out. Early days yet, but the FAQs which is what I installed the app for looks sleek and easy to navigate.

Finally, a live chat tool that is multilanguage, has quick replies (a customer can select), and is hassle-free. Very friendly and fast replies by Tiana and Nikita of the support team. Highly recommend!

I've had an excellent experience with Chatty: Livechat Helpdesk, FAQ. The app is user-friendly and packed with helpful features. What truly sets it apart is the outstanding customer support. A great product and an amazing support team. Chatty's team is always ready to help; I had a few hiccups while setting it up, but Hana from the support team was extremely helpful and resolved my queries promptly.

Really good app. In particular, its support is amazing. I was not able to set up faq but one of their member Tiana helped me through the process. Support is amazing, especially Tiana.
