I had a fantastic experience with Chatty's support! Lydia, the assistant, was incredibly helpful and responsive. She efficiently resolved all my issues, and I was impressed by the quick response times. They provide excellent support whenever we have a question or a problem with the app (You are the best Cheryl! Thanks for the help), great app design with customizations and this app is really helpful for our own customers when they are confused while they are shopping in our website.

This is the first time i feel - what is the good customer support mean. I told them to change the button in different aspect. They customized for me quickly. I chat with the person "Linda". She response properly & Thank you for the technical team person "Tony".

Thanks for your support Hana. Great support. And for the app, It's such a one-stop app for communicating with my customer. To be honest a few of the setting are a bit hidden in the menu, I hardly find, but it's okay.
