I have to give special recognition to April from the Chatty support team - she was absolutely outstanding! April was exceptionally helpful, incredibly attentive to my needs, and resolved all my issues quickly and professionally. Her level of service really stood out. The entire support team at Chatty is responsive and knowledgeable, but April's assistance was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly for my store. The app itself is fantastic, but having such dedicated support makes all the difference. Highly recommend Chatty, and if you need help, you're in great hands with their team!

Excellent app. Just spent some time configuring it on our store, and we are very impressed with the amount of customization possible. Needed some help with a few settings and Jasmine from the Chatty Support Team was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

A great app that has the feature of AI chat and FAQ. It also allows you to create FAQ blocks that can be included in specific page. The support team is very helpful and professional. Worth to give it a try.

The Chatty app and team are always on hand and always very helpful. I have recently learned about a new feature 'Proactive Cart Booster' and I look forward to setting this up to see how this performs by recovering sales. I was shown this by Hana at the Chatty team, who has been most helpful and very patient with me when explaining how to use this feature, as well as explaining the new incoming Whatsapp feature to Chatty and taking on my recommendation. I look forward to using the Whatsapp feature as the Chatty app has been so helpful with assisting with customer queries. Chatty has recently added more customisation controls so I will be testing those. Would recommend Chatty.

This app has been a wonderful addition to my Shopify store. It’s simple, intuitive, and works exactly as expected. What really stands out is the outstanding support — Hana has been incredibly kind, responsive, and supportive throughout the whole process. The combination of a reliable app and such great customer service makes this a 5-star experience. Highly recommended!

The Application is easy to use, has several well rounded features, the Live Chatbox and AI Assistant features are also very good, may causes some lags one low-end devices; however, the support team is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Hats off to the support team, especially Liam and Hana. We are still in the application testing stage before subscription but very promising. Highly recommended.
