Love the app, Looks AWSM. Setting it up was extremely easy. Had a little bit of issue at first, but Hanna from Avada support team, fixed it in a jiffy. I would highly recommend using Chatty.

I was facing some technical issue woth adding more than 10 FAQs, so I asked for support. Within a minute, Hana from Chatty replied and the whole issue was resolved in couple of minutes. Writing this review is taking me longer than that. 4 stars for such a great free app and 5th star for the prompt help from Hana. 10/10 Recommended.

Hana has been extremely helpful with instant replies & immediate resolves on my queries. The turnaround from installation & go-live was hardly 20 minutes. One of the best customer support team I have seen on Shopify!

Ho istallato questa applicazione è ne sono rimasto veramente contento, applicazione che fa a caso di tutte le aziende che non vogliono perdere nessun contatto con il cliente, in più permette di avere le FAQ in una unica applicazione, assistenza clienti top che ti risponde addirittura alle 4 del mattino ore Italiane, Lydia che mi ha assistito è stata professionale e d'aiuto in modo chiaro è veloce. Che dire scegliete questa azienda e non ve ne pentirere. SUPER
