Prakash was incredibly helpful. I requested support, had to wait less than 5 minutes, and my requests were solved within a few minutes. Overall very pleased with the support. The app seems great, haven't tested it at scale but comes with pre-loaded FAQs and the functionality so far has been excellent.

That's a very helpful app. Our customer service team is working hard to reply all the email as soon as possible, but this app give a instant answer to the visitors. And the Avada support's team is amazing. I just send them an message by chat and Hana resolve my issue within 20 sec! I highly recommended this app for any Shopify store owner

This app is easy to use and highly customizable. On top of its user-friendliness, the customer support team is superb. Always easy to reach whenever I have a question and goes above and behind to help me customize the widget to my specific needs. This a really great 'help/FAQ' app for any store, and its FREE! Live chat was very helpful. Esther was amazing in helping me remove the AVADA branding as well as clarifying a few things for me. Glad to have found this app, I also use AVADAS other app for emails popups - that is also a great app.
