Been looking for a new livechat solution for months, so far Chatty has been great! Also giving a shout out to their support, specifically Sonny! He solved my issue within 30 seconds and helped me fix a couple of things I didn't even notice were not set up right. Try it out!

We use chatty for our website to be able to support and assist every customer during their nvaigation. The app is very easy to set up and link to any shopify based website and it learns very fast. The test environment is very helpful and the support team is always present and amazing. Had an issue last night and Hana was efficient and fast in providing a solution helping us continuously optimizing our littl chat bot.

Hana was absolutely incredible to work with! She’s professional, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered clearly. Her communication style is warm and approachable, yet she’s highly knowledgeable and efficient at solving problems. I felt supported every step of the way and really appreciated the thoughtful, human touch she brought to the interaction.

A big thanks to Sonny for being super helpful when I had questions. I actually didn't expect a reply so fast. I had a special requirement, and they added that in for me not long after I installed the app, tested it out on multiple devices and even sent me videos so I could see how it was working. The settings are really straight forward, and the app is easy to navigate. I previously had a manual chat on my website, and I think this is going to be so much more helpful for customers. You can even configure product recommendations based on products and also have it give a code when someone adds something to cart to nudge them to purchase. It's awesome! Loving everything about it so far!
