I can't get over how great this app is! This will seriously cut down on customer help requests. The app is non-invasive to my store theme. The customizations are simple but effective. The customer service is fast and friendly! I can't wait to check out the other services Avada offers! Thank you :)

It is very easy to use and configure. I have saved lot of my time for getting chat bot and FAQ page out. One thing that really stands out is there customer support. They are really very active and quick fix. Prakash and Lydia helped to resolve styling issue related to message icon and FAQ page. Thanks a ton for them for saving my time and making the site better
