It's a really good app, and I recommend it. It's easy to use and has very professional customer service. I tried to make a FAQ for our website. It is very easy to operate. I will recommend it.

So far I am very impressed. Been testing several chat and faq apps and this is several steps ahead. Can't believe it's free (for now I think at least)

This app does exactly what I need. Looks great, super easy to use, and the customer was excellent. It's also free, which is great!

The Avada FAQs app is amazing! It offers a really good FAQ page and a widget for your store. It has a limit of 10 FAQs and Avada branding so I spoke to Prakash on the chat who removed both of these. He was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Avada for your store.

After installing a new theme for my shopify store I was still in need of a nice FAQ page so I installed AVADA FAQs app. Normally apps that are "free" aren't really that functional but this app is amazing. The UI is very easy to navigate and customize. I quickly reached the question limit and chatted with Prakash who was very helpful. He very quickly adjusted the app so I could add unlimited questions and categories. If you are on the fence about downloading this app I highly suggest to do so!
