Stellar platform! Its been amazing so far, easy to set up and the AI system is really amazing! Appreciate the support as well, fast and effective in helping resolve issues. Appreciate Hazel for the support when I ran into some minor issue with the set up!

Mình dùng Chatty trên Shopify được một thời gian và cảm thấy khá hài lòng, giao diện dễ làm quen, cài đặt cũng nhanh giúp việc quản lý tin nhắn khách hàng trở nên dễ dàng hơn. Đội ngũ hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình, mình gặp 1 số vấn đề nhưng nhờ bạn Hazel đã hỗ trợ mình cực kỳ nhanh chóng, giải quyết được vấn đề. Nói chung thì Chatty là một ứng dụng đáng thử nếu bạn muốn cải thiện trải nghiệm chat và chăm sóc khách hàng trên Shopify.

We had a specific requirement where our AI assistant wasn’t allowed to show or mention any pricing information. Jade handled this perfectly by implementing a custom CSS solution to hide all prices visually, and by configuring the AI behavior so it avoids discussing prices altogether. She explained everything in a clear and straightforward way, and her friendly approach made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

So far so good. Setup is a little funny to me...I think mostly made by back-end engineers but it's working well. :) today is day 1 and I did remove another AI app I liked but had some flaws to test out Chatty. I will need a few more weeks to really test it. So far so good.
