Chatty helps us streamline our customer services process process by filtering out repetitive requests and offering a quick and easy way to assist customers with more difficult questions. Also, has a super friendly and reliable support team themselves who are quick to assist us at any time.

I recently reached out to Chatty’s customer support and spoke with Hana. She was fantastic — her responses were quick, clear, and very helpful. This is an incredibly easy to use chatbot for Shopify. The setup was simple, and the features are fantastic. I particularly love the live agent option—it's great to know that I'm notified immediately when a customer requests to speak with a human. The upselling feature is also a game changer; it's already helped me generate a sale. The support I received from Hana was excellent, and she was a great help in resolving some issues I had.

Great app! The interface is modern and fits any store. The AI agent is super helpful if you can’t monitor 24/7 or hire staff. The built-in FAQ page is a big plus since Shopify lacks it. Support is outstanding, special thanks to Hana for quickly customizing my widgets to match my store’s style perfectly.

It can be overwhelming integrating a new App with a beloved website. Jasmine was incredible. She dove into custom settings with me, was very knowledgable and incredibly patient. I am left excited for the support Chatty is providing for my customers. The tracking feature is great!

She responded to my request quickly and efficiently, which is rare and truly appreciated. As for the Chatty app, I’m genuinely impressed. It meets all my expectations and allows me to offer my customers a smooth and enjoyable user experience. I run a store in the pet niche, and it’s very important to me that we communicate with our customers in an enthusiastic and always positive tone. Even while I was asleep, the bot managed to do exactly that – it interacted with my customers naturally, almost like a human, while also keeping certain sensitive information private and confidential. I had a great experience with Hana from the Chatty customer support team. She helped me quickly and efficiently with the configuration and setup of my chatbot. Hana was not only incredibly kind and patient but also very knowledgeable and competent. Her clear explanations and fast support made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
