I am using this app for my small store, where I get 1-2 chats every day. The free version of the app works great for this. Planning to upgrade later on when I get more chat messages and can discover more features

what a fantastic addition to our store , Chatbot seems pretty good, no complaints, love the iphone app too . also setup on my pc , very easy to do . and there is a free version, our shop is new , so the free version is great for us. 10/10
