Very confusing in admin panel can't find my Q&As anymore just keeps asking me to upgrade.

Great so far. Easy to setup and use. Also support are very quick to respond in the rare event you need any help. I would recommend!

I am using this app for my small store, where I get 1-2 chats every day. The free version of the app works great for this. Planning to upgrade later on when I get more chat messages and can discover more features
