The website chat application has made it super easy for us to connect with our customers in real-time. The interface is simple, responses are instant, and it helps us provide quick support without needing phone calls or long emails. Super easy to integrate

It seems like a great app so far, the only downside, is I like being able to download the application on my desktop instead of having to go to through the web browser to use. If they had a separate application I could download for Desktop use, I would rate this 5 stars.
