Chatway Live Chat & AI Chatbot

Unfortunately the app is very poor. We started facing issues from day one, whatsapp would not connect and keep disconnecting, the support were saying it is a fault on our end even though it is all set up correctly and used to work fine with a different app. Eventually they have agreed that it is their fault and been resolving it for about 3 weeks now, I am constantly on the chat telling them something doesn't work again. Automations do not work either, the support even though they reply quickly, they do not offer any quick fixes, everything is taking weeks. We have now paid £80 monthly fee for an app that can not provide us with automations and whatsapp integration - these were 2 things we needed this app for. I haven't tried any other features, but the two features we have tried are both broken. This has costs us so much time in setting it up, chatting with support and now will have to spend even more time looking for a new app and set it all up all over again.

After Shopify's Inbox sudden fall from grace, this simple and elegant app is being a life saver! The colors are customizable, as well as the texts when first opening the chat, it allows for a small FAQs with quick answers, and you can also customize how much info you need from the customer in order to get back to them later, in my case an email is enough. They also have a Chatbot you can train, though my own shop is strictly non-AI, it can be a great tool for other type of shops. If anything I just wish they had a "Dark mode" instead of a white background, but, it does the job. I'm thankful for this app.

We've recently started to use Chatway for our business and we are enjoying it so far and it has been really helpful. It's easy to use and our customers find it as the quickest way to get in touch with us on the spot. We totally recommend it.

The chatbot worked well for what we needed it for. Messages came through quickly. The only thing I would change is the references or subject lines use very random words like Indigo, Aqua etc... makes it hard to search for a message again. Would be better if the client name came up on the subject line rather. But maybe this was because we were using the free version. Other than that, very happy with the chatbot app

The app is an important part of our customer communication process and impacts our business directly! I had an issue today and I reached out to their customer service and they were available to handle the issue within a few minutes.
