I would not recommend this company. After I deleted the app due to their co-founder's unprofessional behavior they responded with lies and when confronted with screenshots directly from the co-founder with his tag and photo choose to claim I had the wrong app instead of apologizing and holding him accountable. They have even updated their response several times and continue to email me about deleting my review instead of admitting what he did and making him stop. I even sent them the screenshots where he admits he had my emails but choose to continue anyway hoping to change my review but the company did not care. Since they refuse to hold him accountable I suggest you find a company that will hold staff accountable for bad behavior even if they are a founder. I personally would not trust a company that allows staff to be unprofessional nor their co-founder to lie in order to hide bad behavior.

We got your latest email and still don't see any communication between you and our support team. You might confuse our app with another app because you didn't reach out to our support team at any point. I’ve been using the Chatway app for the past couple of weeks, and it’s been an absolute game changer for customer interactions. I can now see in real time when customers are on my website and respond instantly to any questions or queries they may have. For my driving test company, many customers ask the same questions repeatedly, so the new FAQ feature has been invaluable. It allows us to answer these common queries effortlessly, saving time and improving efficiency. I highly recommend this service to other businesses, as it significantly boosts conversion rates, enhances customer satisfaction, and speeds up communication. One feature I’d love to see in the future is the automatic integration of customer emails into our email marketing flows when they sign up. I believe this would further increase conversions, but I know the team is already working on this and doing an excellent job. Came from another app across to Chatway. everything has worked seamlessly, I had a slight issue that got fixed immediately. Having the ability to have 1 inbox where all my socials also go is a great addition. Thanks, Chatway for making a great app

The representative was knowledgeable and addressed my questions efficiently. They provided clear answers and guided me through the steps needed to resolve my issue. I also found the FAQ section on their website to be quite helpful. It covered a wide range of topics and offered quick solutions for common problems. One area for improvement could be the depth of information in the FAQ section. While it was comprehensive, some topics could benefit from more detailed explanations or examples. Overall, I would recommend Chatway Live Chat Support for anyone seeking prompt and effective assistance. The combination of responsive support and a helpful FAQ section made my experience quite satisfactory.

This app is perfect. We tried a lot of different chat apps and some were too confusing, some way too involved with AI - We just needed an app to help offer live chat when we were online, and FAQ's and a way for our customers to leave a message if we were offline. Pricing is awesome and helpful for small businesses. We really appreciate the customer service and pricing model.

I launched my new ebike Shopify webshop. I carried an accurate Live Chat App research out I finally installed Chatway. After some days of use, I'm so happy with my choice. It fully accomplish my needs in terms of communication with the website visitors. Definitely an easy and fluent way to manage with my potential customers. I strongly recommend this app for Shipify webshops.

It is an amazing live chat app to communicate with costumers and the in-built app is also great, you can answer costumers from your phone. The Setup is also easy and takes about 10 minutes.
