Very pleased I found Chatway. I wasn’t sure I wanted to add a chat function on the website because I thought it would give me a lot of work life chatting with people with too much time. Long story short: I immediately started the Solo plan because of the Life chat. I’m a bit old fashioned, I only use Lifechat and not the AI function. The personalizing options of this app are amazing. You can manually select day by day when you are online and you can easily put yourself offline by one click. During night times the chat function disappears if you want. And that is so perfect when you’re self employed with a partner that likes to sleep at night ;)

Very confusing in admin panel can't find my Q&As anymore just keeps asking me to upgrade.

I am using this app for my small store, where I get 1-2 chats every day. The free version of the app works great for this. Planning to upgrade later on when I get more chat messages and can discover more features

Really happy with this app! It’s super easy to set up and works smoothly without any issues. what a fantastic addition to our store , Chatbot seems pretty good, no complaints, love the iphone app too . also setup on my pc , very easy to do . and there is a free version, our shop is new , so the free version is great for us. 10/10
