Chatway exceeded my expectations with its seamless live chat feature. Their app is simple, functional and is all I've been looking for in a live chat app. I was particularly impressed by their prompt response to a feature request I made which was noted and implemented very quickly. I highly recommend Chatway for its outstanding live chat functions, commitment to satisfaction of their clients, and their personable support.

Simply the best live chat app that exists on Shopify. Beautiful design, easy customization and instant messaging with customers through the app.

a very simple and easy to use app , does the job as it should, it could have more features with time, but as a start it's looking great.

Great customer service, app works as intended, Notifications work on ISO iPhone which is huge with IOS BUGS these days, 10/10 cant wait to see more features!! Hopefully a ticketing system!
