Great simple chat app - would love to see FAQs option added, but it is really simple and the phone app works well also!

I've had an excellent experience with this live chat software. Really great app! Only been using for a few days but so far so good. Easy and simple interface and allows for live chat with indicators that you’re live. Integration with my Shopify store was seamless. Thank you Chatway!

Finally the perfect Live Chat app that I was searching for! Simple straight forward and easy to set up without all those extra unwanted bells and whistles that make a dashboard look like a living nightmare to figure out and navigate around, but that still has all the important basic features, is compatible with my store theme, looks great and functions without any issues. Another nice feature is that I can choose to delete any unwanted contacts from my chat list. Thumbs up to customer support for initiating my first live chat test. I highly recommend this Live Chat app. Thank you!

Downloaded the app for Live Chat and I am impressed how easy it is to set up and use. It is beautifully designed as well. I was using the app within minutes of downloading. Works really well and is user friendly!

Such a great live chat app. We are in particular happy with the customization of the widget, so we can have it the size and color that fits our wishes. Chatting works great as well :)
