I switched to Chatway after years of using Willdesk, and it was the best decision. From the get go, the user interface is much simpler. It's easy to set up. In just two weeks, I've gained more inquiries. The Free plan is perfect for small businesses like mine. Highly recommend!
We recently switched from Shopify Inbox to Chatway and its fantastic so far. Very easy to use, manage multiple agents and conversations and collect all the data we need on our customer interactions.
I'm loving the live chat from Chatty Live Chat . It's actually allowing me to connect with my customers easily. My favorite feature is the live visitor feature . Sometimes I pop on the chat to greet them to ask them if I could help them in anyway and hopefully bag a sale at the same time . Great feature . They have been great at customer service as well

The app works well and the inbox feature is great. My website performance has increased (the last chat app I had took up to many resources) but with Chataway I dont have this issue anymore. All the chats are accessbile in your email inbox so you never miss a chat from your store. The support team is top notch and I am very satisfied with this app.

So far so good. I am currently on the free plan and don't see any limitations to the app. I receive all alerts into an inbox that can be accessed through a mobile app or through Shopify. I am able to reply to customers in real time.
Great app that's easy to navigate, and truly user friendly. Extremely easy to talk with customers via the live chat and it ensures messages are not missed.
We have our site in 21 languages and serve customers all over Europe, so the on the fly 2 -way translation is just what we needed. The UI is clean and very easy to read, which makes the response time really fast and together with the email notifications when a potential customer enters the chat, not a single chat is left unmanaged. One thing I hope they will soon implement is: being able to email the complete chat to the customer is the translated version as well. I was told they are working on it. If this gets implemented it is a close to prefect chat app.
Love the simple and user friendly design of the live chat, I am using the free version and i am liking it.
