Since we used Chatway LiveChat on our website, customer interaction and satisfaction have greatly improved. We can answer customer questions instantly, which has increased conversion rates. In particular, it makes communication more direct and convenient. Through Chatway LiveChat, we can effectively reduce customer waiting time, and customers are more willing to contact us through this platform. We have been using Chatway for several months and through the holiday season and it has been very helpful in simplifying our communication with our customers. Their support live chat has been great and always answers quickly. They are working on some great future enhancements as well.

Great app. Lots of flexibility. Install was a breeze. Haven't needed customer service yet so I can't really rate that, but I imagine will be great as well.

This app is our solution to replace the inbox tool, and everything seems to be going well. The functions are simple and clear. On the other hand, the customer service is very responsive, which is very important to us.

This app is perfect for my purposes. I'm new and very small and can't afford to be paying for every functionality for my website. This app allows me to communicate with my customers quickly and easily and I don't need to pay until I get much bigger, which I will gladly do. I wish all apps were like this!

This app is very helpful , we can talk with customers smoothly from all over the world. I can check my Inbox every day to reply the inquiries and questions from customers. Excellent !

Just installed it. Much better interface than native shopify app. The big thing for us was the size of the icon. The shopify inbox app was covering up payment icons and overlapping some buttons in mobile view. But after installing chatway, we see many more options that we previously didn't think we needed so that was a nice plus.

We recently started using the app and are very satisfied with it and its functions. It runs very smoothly, is very easy to pick-up / intuitive to use. It also doesn't clutter our Email inbox with unnecessary emails and notifications.

The free plan has enough features so small businesses can work without paying for the pro plan. I like it. Since we installed this app, we have received many more messages from our customers. I highly recommend it.
