Chatway has been a great addition to my store. It's allowed me to have great communication with my customers and I'm sure it has been the reason for many sales. The inbox has made things so easy and gives me the confidence to know I wont miss any messages. The live chat support has been really helpful, they are quick to respond and nothing is too much trouble. Love this app and would recommend to others.

I just started using Chatway. It's very easy to set up and use. Instant messages through the App no delay at all. It's very responsive.

I’ve been using the Chatway app for the past couple of weeks, and it’s been an absolute game changer for customer interactions. I can now see in real time when customers are on my website and respond instantly to any questions or queries they may have. For my driving test company, many customers ask the same questions repeatedly, so the new FAQ feature has been invaluable. It allows us to answer these common queries effortlessly, saving time and improving efficiency. I highly recommend this service to other businesses, as it significantly boosts conversion rates, enhances customer satisfaction, and speeds up communication. One feature I’d love to see in the future is the automatic integration of customer emails into our email marketing flows when they sign up. I believe this would further increase conversions, but I know the team is already working on this and doing an excellent job. Came from another app across to Chatway. everything has worked seamlessly, I had a slight issue that got fixed immediately. Having the ability to have 1 inbox where all my socials also go is a great addition. Thanks, Chatway for making a great app

This app is perfect. We tried a lot of different chat apps and some were too confusing, some way too involved with AI - We just needed an app to help offer live chat when we were online, and FAQ's and a way for our customers to leave a message if we were offline. Pricing is awesome and helpful for small businesses. We really appreciate the customer service and pricing model.

I launched my new ebike Shopify webshop. I carried an accurate Live Chat App research out I finally installed Chatway. After some days of use, I'm so happy with my choice. It fully accomplish my needs in terms of communication with the website visitors. Definitely an easy and fluent way to manage with my potential customers. I strongly recommend this app for Shipify webshops.

I run a small business and started using this service without high hopes. To my surprise, it really helped me close sales, especially when customers worry about sizing. The ability to communicate directly through the inbox has been a game changer. I plan to use it for a long time. Marvin has also been great!
