Amazing app. Works super well. It allows the whole team to collaborate and respond to the same messages. Once the issue is resolved, you can easily mark it as "resolved". Absolutely brilliant. No extra gimmicky configurations that are not important to operation.

Amazing app, very useful. Now it is easier for potential customer to reach us without having to leave the page. The support team even make the team to check the app through inbox to make sure it functions well. Thank you for such an usefull app

The app is super friendly and has a comfortable inbox. You can either download their app on your iPhone/Android or connect it to Shopify app or via email.

This app is very awesome we can increase the customer traffic on our store. The best thing is that this app is free which we can use free of cost without any plan. I highly recommend it.
