Very good app and great support team. I had an issue with my inbox, but the support team solved it right away for me. Other than that, the app works amazingly!

Amazing app. Works super well. It allows the whole team to collaborate and respond to the same messages. Once the issue is resolved, you can easily mark it as "resolved". Absolutely brilliant. No extra gimmicky configurations that are not important to operation.

Love the app version because even if I am away from my desk I can answer my customers or interact with new ones.
