We tried a lot of different chat apps and some were too confusing, some way too involved with AI - We just needed an app to help offer live chat when we were online, and FAQ's and a way for our customers to leave a message if we were offline. Pricing is awesome and helpful for small businesses. We really appreciate the customer service and pricing model.

The app works perfectly, I was using a default Shopify chat button, but after performing a pagespeed insights scan I noticed that it was working slowly on my store, after I installed Chatway my speedscore has increased, inbox works like a charm and is very beginner friendly! Oh wait, and you can use it for free?!
